Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern all purchases of custom cosmetic boxes from Cosmetic Boxes USA, whether made on cosmeticboxesusa.com or by invoice.
1. Quotes and prices
We price each job from its size, quantity, material and printing. A quote holds for 30 days; changing the specification may alter it. Prices are shown in US dollars.
2. Artwork and proofs
Nothing goes to print without your written approval of a digital proof. Please check wording, placement, colour and dimensions carefully, because approval is final. By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it.
3. Payment
Website shop orders: cash on delivery. Quote orders: payment of our invoice is required before production starts.
4. Production and delivery
Production takes 7–10 business days from proof approval; rush production takes 5 business days. Delivery within the USA is free and takes 3–5 business days. These times are estimates, and we are not liable for carrier delays. Quantities may vary slightly from the amount ordered, as is normal in printing.
5. Returns, reprints and refunds
Custom orders cannot be returned. Our Returns & Refunds page sets out when we reprint and when we refund, and forms part of these terms.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation is possible, at no cost, only before you approve the proof.
7. Limitation of liability
If something goes wrong, our responsibility does not exceed what you paid for the order in question, and does not extend to indirect loss such as lost business.
8. This website
Images on this website are examples; your own boxes are made to your specification and will look different. Site content is the property of Cosmetic Boxes USA.
9. Governing law
The laws of the United States, and of the state where Cosmetic Boxes USA is registered, apply to these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.
