Returns & Refunds

Cosmetic Boxes USA does not keep ready-made stock. Each run of custom cosmetic boxes is produced for one customer only, which is why the returns rules on this page are stricter than you may be used to. Read them before you approve your proof.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom custom cosmetic boxes, whether the order was placed in the shop or through a quote.

2. If the mistake is ours

When an order arrives with a printing fault that we caused, or it was damaged on the way to you, we print it again for an additional 30% of the original order value. This covers print that does not match the approved proof, a size or style different from the approved specification, and transit damage such as crushed cartons, scuffed print or water damage.

3. What a reprint does not cover

We do not reprint for anything that could be seen on the proof you approved, including spelling, layout, image quality and the colours you selected. Small colour differences between a screen and printed material are normal.

4. Reporting a problem

You have 5 business days from delivery to report a fault. Email info@cosmeticboxesusa.com or phone (914) 435-5154 with the order number and photographs of the issue and the packaging it came in. Do not throw the boxes away until we reply. Claims outside this period are not accepted.

5. Refunds

Money is returned only where we cannot make the order, for example because the stock or size is not available. The refund goes to the original payment method. Printed and shipped orders are not eligible.

6. Rush orders

Choosing rush production, 5 business days, adds a fee. That fee cannot be refunded after work on the order has started.

7. Samples

We send samples of past work free of charge so you can check materials. A sample produced to your artwork or dimensions is paid for and cannot be refunded once made.

8. Cancelling

You may cancel at no cost until you approve your proof. After approval the order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.
